IT’S ALMOST HERE! MO CGA SUMMIT IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK

We’re less than 1 week away from the nation’s largest CGA summit.

The response to the invitation to attend has been overwhelming and the 70 volunteers of the MO CGA are busy working to provide attendees with an unforgettable experience.

As we approach the event we wanted to bring a few items to your attention.

1. If you have not yet made your hotel reservation, it is strongly suggested that you do so immediately. Because of the significant number of people, rooms in the area are filling up quickly. Wingate hotel has offered a special rate of $74 per night when you mention the Missouri Common Ground Alliance, and there are additional hotels in the area.

2. Please plan to carpool if possible. Parking will be challenging because of the number of attendees, and anything you can do to minimize the number of vehicles would
be appreciated.

3. Although the forecast is predicting relatively mild weather, please plan to dress appropriately – particularly for outdoor events. While high temperatures are projected in the low 60’s, this event IS in Missouri, and as such, is subject to 40 degree temperature shifts in a single day.

4. Please plan to arrive between 7:00AM and 8:00AM to register. Because we will have a limited window of time to register 1,500 people, your prompt arrival and patience is appreciated.

We look forward to seeing you next week and we’re excited about the programs and events that we have in store for you. Travel safely and we’ll see you on Wednesday!
